I tried a windows system restore, nothing. I tried installing as the administrator, nothing. I ensured my firewall allowed all Blizzard applications, and ensured the blizzard setup launcher was permitted. The resolution is to disable your Antivirus and close the download and reopen the install file as well as disable your vpn after that you should be able to finish the download.
Having the same problem here ,tried all methods found on the internet and still not working. Still the same result. How do I use different VPN? Thank you, David.
