I do believe this Smart TV is limited, in that only mfg pre-loaded apps are the only ones anyone can use. Also, it does not appear to allow web browsing, except that it is mentioned in the downloadable manual. It mentions an app named Opera Store, but it is not pre-loaded on mine.
